Day 366

Book idea: Make something loud today. And let everyone know it's the last day of your year!
The result: We made a hat, shaker noisemakers out of a raisin box, a paper plate, peas and beans and made a noisemaker star. Happy New Year! We did it!

This year

Last year, the day before we started our 365 project.

She wanted to keep this feather off of the hat so she could wear it in her hair.

Day 365

Book idea: Do someone else's job for part of the day. (Leap year: We inserted this one from an earlier day when we did something different and will have one more post tomorrow.)
The result: Playing on the stage at Daddy's work.

Day 364

Book idea: Create a new birthday/holiday song or tradition.
The result: We made a wish box. Mya writes down her wishes and puts them inside.

Day 363

Book idea: Expand an existing photograph or painting beyond its current edges.
The result: Little Miss expanded Van Gogh's Starry Night.

Day 362

Book idea: Make a rainbow from everyday objects.
The result: Color puzzle rainbow star.

Day 361

Book idea: Work with bleach to make something by taking away color.
The result: We put star stickers on a t-shirt, I sprayed it with bleach and then removed the stickers, washed it and gave it to Mya.
